If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at admin@inkjoygraphy.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Please keep the original item and packaging until your claim has been assessed. A replacement is not issued automatically based solely on a claim of delivery damage. We may request further information, photographs, or the return of the item and packaging before approving a replacement.
InkJoyGraphy is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, misuse, improper handling, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
